  • Are you providing services during the pandemic
    Yes, we sure are! We are working in line with current U.K guidelines and have adapted the way we work. Over 95% of our work force have had both jabs, we still wear masks and increase P.P.E during patient contact. Everyone who works for us has also completed a course to help them better understand Covid-19 and how to work safely.We also have Covid supervisors and Covid Testers.
  • How can I pay my invoice?
    BACS payments are preferred no later than 1 week before your event. We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). We will accept payments via Paypal, however this will be more so cover the commission paypal charge. We also accept cheques, but these will have to be cleared 1 week prior to your event. If you have any questions regarding payments then email accounts@firstlinemedical.co.uk
  • What skills can you provide
    Well, what do you need? We can provide a whole host of clinicians from First Aiders to First Responders, Technicians, Paramedics, Nurses and Doctors. We also have access to a wide range of vehicles to, enabling us to cover any event.
  • What type of company are you
    We are a Limited company, registered in the U.K with companies house, registration number 13383911. We are also fully insured up to the value of £10,000,000.
  • Are you CQC Registered?
    No, currently we are not required to be registered with the CQC to provide the activites we do. We are however fully compliant and are seeking a CQC registration in the near future. However, we are able to provide ambulances and patient transport services with our business partners at competitive rates!
